Enroll America Post Open-Enrollment Survey

Basic Questions

Thanks to you, over seven million consumers have enrolled in coverage through the health insurance marketplaces, and millions more through Medicaid and CHIP. Your participation in this post-open enrollment survey will help Enroll America capture best practices and barriers to enrollment.

The results from this survey will be shared out at our State of Enrollment: Getting America Covered conference, June 16-18, in Washington, DC and through a post mortem report Enroll America will be releasing in June.

You will also have the opportunity to evaluate Enroll America as a partner. Your input is very important to us as we reflect, retool, and prepare for the important work ahead to help consumers get (and stay) covered.

The survey takes approximately 30 minutes to complete. You can save your progress at any point by clicking the “Save and continue survey later” link at the top of each page.

Please submit your responses by Thursday, April 18.
